Submit the form below to enter the Romantically Yours Bingo contest. 

Entry Guidelines:

• Entries must complete four squares in a row horizontally, vertically, or diagonally on the card
• Photos must include the person who submits the form and their Valentine
• If you complete more than one row, please submit multiple forms. Each row completion will count as one entry into the contest
• Gift card locations will be dispersed at random
• Make sure all photos are taken in Fisherman's Wharf or at the specified business. For more information on eligible businesses, please click here to view directions for each square on the card
• Winners will be contacted via email, so please make sure your information is correct on your form submission. Winners must claim their prize within two weeks. If the prize is not claimed, another winner will be chosen.

Winners will be contacted by March 5, 2023. Gift cards will be delivered via email.
